London Drawing is a collaboration between professional artists, tutors and performers. We devise some of the most exciting creative drawing events and workshops in London, all designed to be accessible, to encourage confidence and to inspire.

Anne Noble-Partridge

London Drawing Co-Founder

Anne Noble-Partridge is a figurative artist and educator. Anne has taught extensively across London over the past 15 years at a range of arts instituions including Tate Modern, National Gallery, Central St Martins, London College of Communication and Imperial College.

Frank Gambino

Frank Gambino is a figurative and portrait artist and drawing tutor based in Kings Cross, London. Franks distinctive drawing and teaching style has
earned him teaching positions across London, currently tutor in residence
at ULU.

John Close

John Close is a London born figurative artist. John has studied life drawing and anatomy extensively under John Lessore and has also worked at the Ruskin School of Art with the anatomy department. John teaches adults and outreach across London at a range of institutions including Cubitt Gallery and the National Gallery.

Josie Deighton

Josie Deighton is a figurative artist, she draws directly from observation and imagination. She has studied life drawing and human anatomy, culminating in an MA from The Royal Drawing School.

Nikki Gardham is a painter living and working in London. Nikki studied at Cambridge School of Art before being awarded a scholarship to the Royal Drawing School, completing the postgraduate Drawing Year in 2013. Rachel Mercer

Rachel is a practising figurative artist who exhibits regularly. In 2014 she co-founded Mercer Chance Gallery in Hoxton with her partner Michael Chance. Rachel has taught drawing at The Royal Drawing school since 2013 and has taught art at leading independent schools in London.

Kim Scouller

Kim Scouller is an award winning Scottish artist specialising in figurative painting now based in London. Over 10 years of teaching art Kim has taught students of all ages and abilities at institutions such as The Royal Drawing School, Candid Arts Trust, Central Saint Martin’s, City Lit, Imperial College, London Drawing and workshops with adults and secondary school students across London.

London Drawing and Kiss My Art have collaborated on competitive painting events since 2016.

Kiss My Art is a bi-annual competitive painting event organised by Carlotta Allum. The event hosts 10 artists who compete against each other over two rounds in front of a live audience in a club style environment with DJs, digital art, live graffiti sets and performance. London Drawing devise performance art, sound and light installations for the Kiss My Art competitors to respond to in a thrilling fusion of art, performance, fashion and music.

London Drawing and the Life Drawing Gymnasia have collaborated on physical multi-model life drawing events since 2016 Founded by professional models and model run, The Life Drawing Gymnasia are committed to a very physical and dynamic genre of life modeling and channel their strong connection and stamina into a unique style of performance modeling combining dance, balance and lifts. Events with London Drawing present the Gymnasia in spectacular interiors with a live mixed sound scapes.
